Order preparation
Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 hours.
Delivery delay
After the preparation time, the packages are generally delivered in:
- 3 working days for Express DHL parcels
- 3 to 5 working days for parcels in metropolitan France
- 5 to 8 working days for parcels from Europe
- 7 to 15 working days for parcels in Africa, the Caribbean and the rest of the world
Note that the delivery time may be extended if certain products are out of stock.
⚠️ For customers in Africa, you no longer have to pay fees once your package has arrived at the DHL agency. If you are asked for a large sum to recover your parcels, please contact Mbikudi directly at contact@mbikudi.com or via WhatsApp at +33603049682 and give the information of the DHL agency in question so that a check can be carried out.
Missing products in the order
If you notice a missing product in your order, please send an email to contact@mbikudi.com specifying your order number so that your request can be processed quickly.
Also, if the missing product is found, a refund will be made to your bank account.
Parcel not received or not picked up
In the event of a package not being collected, the customer is responsible for the withdrawal of his order within the time limits imposed by the postal services.
The parcel can be returned to Mbikudi, in this case, the customer will recover his parcel after having repaid the shipping costs, even if he has benefited from free shipping. Note that this procedure for reshipping the package can take up to 40 days.
If the package is not returned to the sender, then the customer will have "lost" his order and no refund or return of the package will be made. The customer will have to place a new order.
If the package was not sent by Mbikudi, the refund will be made for the benefit of the customer.
For information, shipping costs are never refunded.
